The latest in precision equipment is used at OSI to calibrate electronic instruments whose accuracy's are traceable to NIST. After every calibration, a Certificate of calibration is provided that gives a record of the test results and the traceable standards.

A database is maintained on each customer that contains critical information that is readily available regardless of whether the instrument is serviced at the main lab in Houston or in the Mobile Lab on-location.

Consequently, customers who participate in a regular maintenance program with OSI are automatically notified when instruments are due for calibration.

A hard copy or electronic file of this historical data is always available upon request at no charge to the customer.
